- Pet Friendly!!

- 4-hour charters are at 9:30 am-1:30 pm and 2:30 pm-6:30 pm. You can rent the boat for 6- 8 hours for the maximum experience and/or start when you desire.

- Pick-up locations in Boynton Beach, Downtown WPB, and Delray Beach.

- Maximum 13 passengers on board per U.S. Coast Guard regulations. No exceptions

- Guests may bring food, beverages, and alcohol. No red wine or staining foods (to protect upholstery)

- Guests bring their towels

- All required safety equipment per U.S. Coast Guard regulations

- Licensed and insured operator

- No smoking inside, will be only allowed in designated areas on deck.

-No shoes on board.

-This is a Recreational Bareboat Charter 

-Charters are operated within the Intracoastal Waterway at idle speed. 

- % gratuity for the Captain and Crew, based on your charter grand total, is additional and optional and can be paid in cash/zelle directly to them.

-Additional hours, if available, may be added at a fee per hour plus tax.

-Excessive mess, trash, or damage may incur a cleaning or damage fee.
